A dozen UK Tour operators, including representatives from Trips Worldwide, South American Experience, Austral Tours and Last Frontiers are off to the Central American Travel Market in October courtesy of TACA Airlines.The exhibition is being held in the ancient colonial city of San Pedro Sula - one of the top tourist destinations in Honduras.

With their air fares and hotel accommodation paid by the airline, it is hoped that this trip will result in the country and the airline being featured in many more holiday brochures for 2007.

 

Elena Gattinara of Austral Tours said, ” This is going to be a great opportunity to explore this fascinating region, as well as meeting new contacts and finding out about some new destinations.”
