Changi Airport sees rise in traffic

Changi Airport has registered a healthy 9.1 per cent increase in passenger traffic in the first six months of 2006 despite challenges facing the aviation industry. Between January and June this year, a total of 16.84 million passengers passed through Changi, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), the manager of the airport, said in a statement.

World Travel Award as Asia’s Leading Airport.
