To ensure that its long haul passengers have a hassle free and more pleasurable travelling experience, bmi is offering a trio of airport services. The UK’s second largest scheduled airline now offers night before check in, fax check in and a complimentary arrivals package on touch down in the UK.

Passengers can check in for their flight the evening before they fly, between 19.00 and 21.00, with bmi’s ‘night before check in’, ensuring a quick walk through to departures the following morning.

With no luggage to worry about and boarding passes already in hand, bmi passengers can avoid any rush hour traffic or hectic hotel check out queues and enjoy a lie in and more time to wander around the airport shops.

For bmi customers on holiday in Antigua or Barbados, the chance to spend more time in the sun and less time at the airport is easy with bmi’s ‘fax check in service’. Simply complete a fax check in form at least one day before the departure date and send it to a bmi handling agent, located in the arrivals area at your destination airport.

With the check in procedure for your return journey under way, passengers only have to allow 90 minutes to report to a check in desk to drop off luggage and collect a boarding pass, as opposed to the usual advised check in time of at least three hours.

Ensuring diamond club gold card members and passengers travelling in the business, bmi’s first class-style cabin, experience the ultimate in stylish travel, bmi has introduced the exclusive ‘Radisson SAS arrivals package’.

Passengers arriving back in Manchester from any long haul destination are invited to wake up with fresh coffee and a croissant and the Financial Times at the Radisson SAS hotel. If desired, passengers can start the day with a gentle work out or swim or freshen up with a shower, taking advantage of the hotel’s complimentary health club membership.
