Avon is launching its annual Let’s Talk Beauty Tour and the USVI Hotel & Tourism Association (HTA) has joined the tour as a sponsor.The tour, in its fifth year, visits 20 US cities in a sponsor-wrapped truck, during the summer and fall, and includes sampling, makeovers, sweepstakes, and Avon cause/charity information.
The HTA is offering a fabulous sweepstakes for one lucky tour visitor. The It’s Just Easier to Vacation in the US Virgin Islands Sweepstakes includes round-trip airfare for two on American Airlines, 5 nights, 6 days in deluxe water view accommodations at Frenchman’s Reef Marriott, Avis rental car for the entire stay, a $250 gift certificate from Cardow Jewelers, dinner for two at Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort’s Manor House, a round of golf at Mahogany Run Golf Course, a day at Caneel Bay featuring ferry transfers, lunch, and use of the beach facilities, a day sail on Atlantis Submarines’ Adventure catamaran, and activity passes to Coral World Ocean Park and Paradise Point tramway.

The tour began on July 8th in Buffalo, New York and ends on November 19th in Chicago. Other cities on the tour include Milwaukee, Seattle, Dallas, Savannah, Orlando, and Columbus to name a few. The tour has the potential to reach close to 50,000 consumers and generate millions of media impressions. In addition to media coverage, the US Virgin Islands will be featured on Avon.com, Avon-e-newsletters to consumers and beauty advisors and Avon intranet sites. US Virgin Islands information will be distributed at each location.
