Booking.com is opening its hotel reservations desk at Schiphol Airport. Located in the baggage reclaim hall in Terminal 1, travellers arriving without a hotel reservation are now able to book a hotel directly at the desk.
The Booking.com desk is open from 7.30am until 11.30pm and is fully manned with staff making the reservation on behalf of the traveller. Customers do not need to go online to make the reservation themselves.
Stef Norden, CEO of Booking.com stated: “Travellers arriving at Schiphol Airport account for approximately 1 to 1.4 million room nights per year, therefore we are delighted to be able to provide this service. By being able to offer passengers instant last-minute hotel reservations, we have high expectations of this cooperation.”
