As many as 20 hotels are supposed to be constructed in Keiv, the Real estate Solutions Co’s President Serhiy Karamnov said. According to experts’ predictions, in case of success of the already launched 8 to 10 projects, the hotels are likely to be constructed in the 7 to 8 years’ period of time.

Entire Ukraine is, presently, facing a lack of moderate price hotels with high-quality facilities.

In May 2006 the Real Estate Solutions and the “Hotel Consulting and Development Group” reached an agreement, envisaging official presentation of the company in Ukraine.

Presently, the leading hotels of Ukraine are in property of the “Radisson”, the “Hyatt” and the “Hilton” hotels chain. The 5-star hotels in Ukraine include the Kyiv “Premier Palace”, the Donetsk “Donbas palace” and the Truskavets “Rixos”.
