Air France-KLM CEO in fraud case

Air France-KLM chief executive Jean-Cyril Spinetta met with a French judge probing money laundering and illegal employment practices at a bankrupt airline security group, according to AFX news wire. The top executive at the French-Dutch airline and his lawyer spent more than six hours in the office of finance tribunal judge Herve Lourau.

“We conducted an examination that was detailed and conflicting concerning different facts raised ... and the judge decided not to place me under investigation,” Spinetta told journalists late yesterday.
