Wotif.com partners with ninemsn

Wotif.com is entering into an agreement with Australia’s number one interactive media company, ninemsn, to provide an accommodation booking service for the site.

Under the deal, the 7.69 million* people who visit the ninemsn site each month will be able to access the broad range of accommodation and great rates offered on Wotif.com.

The integrated service - which is expected to be available in the third quarter of calendar 2006 - will create a co-branded accommodation portal within the ninemsn site, with Wotif.com’s fast and easy-to-use booking engine integrated into various locations.

The agreement will also provide Wotif.com with additional content integration and media support throughout the ninemsn network.

Graeme Wood, CEO of Wotif.com, said: “The potential benefits from partnering with Australia’s number one interactive media company are compelling, and this deal enables us to significantly increase the reach of our accommodation offering and to drive brand recognition.

This deal marks the coming together of two leading Australian companies that recognise the power of online and are committed to maximising its potential for the benefit of our customers.
