The Award Winning Concept
Now in its second year, the Les Nouvelles Esthetiques Sanitas Per Aquas (S.P.A) Awards was established to honour the flourishing South Africa spa market and those who excel in their field. This year is the first time that the Unique Spa Concept Category was introduced, which saw close competition amongst the six finalists.

Managing Director, Spa Operations, Ravi Chandran says, “We are delighted to be recognised and honoured by the Les Nouvelles Esthetiques South Africa, who is working to benchmark the standard of South African spas. This unique win proves that Asian spa therapies have been well received by local and international spa aficionados. Angsana Spa will continue to add variety and cultural diversity to the spa scene in Cape Town and beyond with introduction of new treatments and ingredients.”

Asian Rejuvenation Secrets
Angsana Spa’s refreshing blend of treatments place special emphasis on the use of natural ingredients such as native flowers and fruits. It is based on the use of aromatherapy, the therapeutic sense of touch, and a fusion of techniques from the East and West to refresh and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit.
In addition, it offers unique therapies such as:

Spa therapists undergo professional training at the Banyan Tree Spa Academy located in Phuket. A dedicated training facility accredited by Thailand’s Ministry of Education, the academy trains our therapists to deliver consistently high quality to meet the expectations of spa enthusiasts.

The Spa comprises 11 spa treatment rooms, including a signature Rainmist steam room. The interior design and exterior architecture of Angsana is a spirited juxtaposition that blends contemporary chic with exotic Asian splendour, with signature Angsana hues of orange, lime green, yellow and purple in the background.
