The new site features enhanced technology and interactive, added benefits that help visitors easily navigate the site and personalize their vacation experience - one family at a time.
“Greatwolf.com is just the first part of the vacation experience,” said Rajiv Castellino, chief information officer of Great Wolf Resorts. “Site visitors feel more comfortable booking reservations when they are able to see and understand the product. Visitors to our site can virtually experience the resort and its amenities, allowing for more confidence and ease when booking.”
Designed with new and repeat guests in mind, the site allows visitors to quickly and easily locate the best promotions, rates and packages available, including a new “Great Deals” section, and learn of special activities or events planned during their upcoming visit. Utilizing more effective and up-to-date technology, the flow of the site helps guests better understand, plan and enhance their experience while vacationing at Great Wolf Lodge and Blue Harbor Resort.
The look of the new site is complemented with a new e-marketing services agreement with Ascedia, an interactive marketing firm focused on custom solutions for the tourism and hospitality industries. Under this agreement, Ascedia will be working with the marketing, e-commerce and information technology teams at Great Wolf Resorts to create a state-of-the-art, online experience, focused on driving reservation sales, group sales and brand awareness. As the groups work together, moving forward with a Web site redesign, reservation system enhancements, search engine optimization and e-mail marketing programs, the Web site will become a destination unto itself and more potential guests will be reached through online technology.
