Press: Fans flock to The Beatles’ hotel

A hotel where The Beatles stayed during their only visit to Japan is giving people the chance to view their suite, according to the BBC. The Beatles stayed at the Tokyo Hilton - now the Capitol Tokyu Hotel - while playing a number of concerts in 1966.

“We have done our best to restore the presidential suite to how it looked when the Beatles stayed,”  the hotel’s Michael Miyauchi told the BBC.

Events are taking place across Japan to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Fab Four’s concerts.
