Enterprise Rent-A-Car is upgrading its travel agent Web site in a bid to improve the agent booking process.
www.enterprise.com/ta has added new commission rates that are customizable on a customer-by-customer basis, as well as information on the total cost for car rentals, including all taxes. In another site enhancement, agents can now set their own rate and commission structure.
The site also features tools to identify the closest Enterprise locations to North American ports of call, and a password-protected database where agents can maintain customer lists, booking histories and preferences of each client.
