Virgin Atlantic expects to see delays to deliveries of the A380 it has on order from Airbus, Chief Executive Steve Ridgway said Monday. “I think our aircraft will be delayed,” Ridgway told CNBC Europe television and said the airline was in talks with Airbus over possible compensation.

Virgin Atlantic has ordered six A380s with options for six more.
