Kempinski gets cool hotel award

Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates received a well-deserved accolade when the widely-circulated and prestigious Travel + Leisure magazine cited the five star luxury hotel as one of the coolest hotels in the world. The list, which appears in the magazine’s June issue, features fifteen of the world’s hip and high-end hotels, including Kempinski Mall of the Emirates which was cited as a truly unique lifestyle destination in the Middle East.

“This is wonderful news, coming as it does from a prestigious and widely read publication such as Travel + Leisure. From the start, we envisioned Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates as a unique lifestyle destination in the region. To be recognized as a hip hotel is an affirmation that we have truly distinguished ourselves from the rest, and that our guests are seeing the superior value of our luxurious rooms and amenities, as well as original and trend-setting leisure and entertainment offers,” said Michael Henssler, General Manager, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates.

Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates’ claims to fame include a ski resort and the world’s biggest snow park, as well as 15 ski chalets offering a stunning and unparalleled view of the Arabian Gulf on one side, and the ski slope and snow park on the other.

Situated next to the biggest mall outside of North America, the hotel offers its guests limitless possibilities for world-class shopping, dining and entertainment, including over 450 shops selling prestigious labels, a 14-screen multiplex cinema showing a delightful mix of international blockbusters, as well as numerous restaurants. It is home to a truly unique and modern entertainment-as-dining concept, Sezzam Dining, which comprises several dining and entertainment options, each with its own atmosphere and service style.

Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates was the only hotel from the region to make it to the prestigious list.
