Amadeus and Constraint Technologies (CTI) are signing a partnership to bring airlines a fully integrated solution comprising CTI’s powerful crew and flight operations optimisation solutions and Amadeus’ new generation customer management solutions offering. As a result, advanced optimisation of crew management and flight operations - as part of the Amadeus platform or on a standalone basis - is now available through a single provider.
The combined offering is aimed at all airlines and is already available. It will significantly increase airlines’ capacity to plan and execute flights with greater returns. Airlines will have greater visibility of costs and revenue drivers in the full chain of their product delivery. In addition, the integration of these critical operational systems will enable airlines to generate considerable savings and dramatically increase overall customer satisfaction when flights are disrupted. Amadeus will host CTI’s technology and seamlessly deliver the service to its airline customers.
