Press: NH Hoteles may grow to 400 within 2 years

NH Hoteles aims to increase its portfolio of hotels to between 400 and 450, board member Juan Mora told an investor forum. The growth programme, which represents a 58 pct increase in 450 from the current 262 within two years, Expansion quoted board numbers of rooms, will see the proportion of the company’s real estate based in Spain fall to 34 pct from 25 pct, Mora said.

NH Hoteles’ main foreign target markets are the UK and France, though the company is also seeking opportunities in eastern Europe, Mexico and Argentina, the financial daily added.
