TRUST.WIZCOM is signing a new agreement with Your Hotel Worldwide which will see them implement the Voyager Central Reservation System (CRS) for their 155 partners in Sweden, UK, Norway, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands.
Your Hotel? Worldwide has opted for the new generic two-letter code introduced by TRUST.WIZCOM. as a way to achieve broader GDS distribution using the latest technology and connectivity without the costs of a private label agreement. Previously a hotel group would need to obtain a specific unique two letter distribution code which would bring with it the requirement to bear all costs in relation to maintaining this in all GDS systems.
The generic code approach pioneered by TRUST aims to reduce the hotel group’s costs significantly by providing a central point of entry for all GDSs, allowing each hotel of the group to update hotel information, rates and availability directly without time delay. This innovative method of distribution has been specifically created for medium sized hotel groups and organizations with limited worldwide brand reputation but a need to distribute their hotel information to a worldwide audience.
“The cooperation with TRUST.WIZCOM. is a critical element of our product offering and essential for our e-commerce activity. We are focused on offering the latest distribution technology and services in order to generate maximum revenues for our member hotels, and working with the Voyager CRS from TRUST ensures that we are ahead of the competition in this area,” says Werner Meyer, Your Hotels Worldwide
“We are delighted that Your Hotel have chosen to work with TRUST.WIZCOM. to maximize revenue opportunities for their hotel members. We continue to enhance our system to offer unrivalled access to all distribution channels and technology providers in the hotel technology world. As part of our focus on ongoing innovation, we introduced our generic two-letter GDS code to make GDS distribution far more accessible for mid-size hotel chains and marketing organizations such as Your Hotel”, commented Richard Wiegmann, Chief Operating Officer, TRUST.WIZCOM.
