Ocean Park Hotels, Inc is announcing the groundbreaking of two new Courtyard by Marriott hotel properties in California. One property is strategically located on the Central Coast in San Luis Obispo, midway between San Francisco and Los Angeles.
At 138 rooms, this property will be a market leader, proximate to Highway 101 at the southern gateway to the City. The Santa Clarita property is located adjacent to Interstate 5 at the Newhall Ranch Road exit, at the western end of Westinghouse Place. With 140 rooms, this hotel will be well suited for leisure and business travel at this location.
Both properties will feature limited meeting space, full service food and beverage, swimming pool, spa, fitness room and ample parking.
