At the US Airways annual stockholders’ meeting held in Charlotte, N.C. shareholders re-elected Herbert M. Baum, Richard C. Kraemer and Cheryl G. Krongard to three-year terms on the Board of Directors, expiring at the annual shareholders meeting in 2009.
