Delta unveils Manchester NY service

Delta Air Lines has launched its new daily, non-stop flight from Manchester International airport to New York’s John F. Kennedy airport, providing customers from the UK and U.S. with a convenient link between the commercial & cultural centre of England’s Northwest and the financial and cultural centre of America.“We are extremely excited about launching this new flight and being able to provide customers in the Northwest of England with a nonstop link between Manchester and New York,” said Loren Neuenschwander, Delta’s managing director for the Atlantic Region, at today’s inaugural event at Manchester International airport.  “This new flight to New York’s JFK, one of Delta’s leading gateways to the U.S., will bring added convenience and travel options for both business and leisure passengers in the Manchester area.  Delta passengers will be able to connect to more than 84 flights per day to 40 cities in America and beyond, particularly key business destinations such as Boston, San Francisco and Los Angeles and popular leisure destinations such as Orlando, Tampa and Las Vegas.”
