Rosewood Resorts’ Jumby Bay in Antigua has launched its Burger Mania Menu, offering a wide range of culinary choices.

The new menu, available at the resort’s Verandah Restaurant, features 13 burger selections that span the palette from the Caribbean to the Asian subcontinent to the American southwest.

Menu highlights include the Jamaican “Irie Man” jerk burger, with pineapple and raisin chutney; the Mediterranean tuna burger, with lemon basil mayonnaise; the Tex-Mex bean salsa burger, with chili and cilantro sauce; the Indian burger, with banana raita; and the Greek Island burger, with tzaziki and grilled eggplant on a pita.
