Finland Travel Bureau (FTB) and Hotelzon have agreed to co-operate.

Hotelzon has an especially strong coverage of hotels in the Nordic countries, UK, Germany, Russia and China. Only in China, the system includes almost 1,400 hotels, which will now be available for FBT clients.

A larger inventory will especially benefit corporate clients. All hotels can now be booked through online tools including mobile devices. Also online bookings can now be directed according to corporate travel policies, says Managing Director Jukka Näräkkä of Finland Travel Bureau.

As value-added services Hotelzon’s system also offers text message confirmations, weather forecasts and location based search of hotels.

For Finnish hotels, the new co-operation opens new possibilities. The two largest hotel booking entities in the country can now be updated through one channel.
