EVDB, Inc.‘s Eventful.com has
added support for the new Google Calendar service to enable users to easily
keep track of events discovered on the Eventful.com site.Users can now
export events ranging from concerts and ballgames to fundraisers, book
signings and kids’ activities to their Google Calendar with a few clicks.
Events can also be exported to calendars on Yahoo!, Microsoft Outlook and
the Rabble social networking service.
  The new feature eliminates the need for users to retype event
information into their online calendars. It also helps users avoid missing
events by integrating the information into the everyday tools they use to
manage their time.

  Eventful.com enables users to discover local happenings anywhere in the
world. Users can search by geography, venue, performer, event type, date
and other parameters to easily find events of interest. Users can also sign
up for alerts to be notified when their favorite performers and events come
to town; easily add events to the site for free; and use the site’s
“demand” feature to mount grassroots campaigns to attract performers,
authors and others to local venues.
