Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has confirmed that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Canada has issued the final order approving the acquisition of all of Fairmont’s outstanding common shares by a company owned by affiliates of Kingdom Hotels International (KHI) and Colony Capital. It is the final step in the acquisition by the Saudi and U.S. firm, bringing into KHI’s portfolio with Raffles.
