Lionstone Development has launched three new South Florida residential and mixed-use projects including EPIC Residences and Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, South Beach and Aqua Marina Residences.

In a joint-venture with Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group, EPIC Residences and Hotel will be developed at the site of the former Dupont Plaza in downtown Miami. The 54-story tower will feature luxury condominium, townhouse and penthouse residences. Additionally, the project will include a 400-room upscale hotel managed by San Francisco-based Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants.

Lionstone has partnered with Fortune International to develop The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, South Beach. The project calls for a revitalization of the historic Seville Beach Hotel along with the addition of two new towers, and will offer 89 whole ownership residences and 45 fractional club residences.

Additionally, Lionstone has launched Aqua Marina Residences, a collection of luxurious town homes in a joint-venture with Global Developments, L.L.C. Located on Hendricks Isle in Fort Lauderdale, Aqua Marina consists of eight three-and-four level waterfront residences.
