Travel Impressions is adding web access to its Customer Care Group which allows travel agents to submit post-travel communications to Travel Impressions on behalf of their clients via www.travelimpressions.com.

To submit a new customer care inquiry or track the status of an existing communication, travel agents can visit www.travelimpressions.com and log into the designated travel agent page. Once in the travel agent section agents should select “Post Departure Support” on the main menu. Agents would then enter all of the pertinent information about their client, the trip and any problems or questions that resulted from the booking. Inquiries can then be viewed and monitored anytime after it has been submitted.
