Hammons wins four diamond rating

Dallas-Frisco, a John Q. Hammons property has received the Four Diamond Award rating from the
American Automobile Association.Located in Frisco, Texas, the
property is owned by Mr. John Q. Hammons and is managed by John Q. Hammons
Hotels & Resorts.

The prestigious award rating comes just 11 months after the hotel
announced its opening. The property was commended for its superior guest
services, such as warmly greeting guests by name.  The Embassy Suites
Hotel Dallas-Frisco is the sixth Embassy Suites Hotel property to receive
the rating out of the brand’s 180 hotels.

The Four Diamond Award rating is given to upscale properties that offer
exceptional accommodations, including an extensive array of amenities, and
provide a high degree of hospitality, service and attention to detail. The
AAA diamond ratings are assigned to an exclusive group of properties that
successfully complete a thorough evaluation process.  The ratings, which
range from one to five diamond, represent a combination of overall
quality, variety of facilities and level of services offered by a
property.  The size, age and overall appeal of an establishment, as well
as regional architectural style and design, are considered when assigning
a diamond rating.
