SAS Braathens cancels flights

6th Apr 2006

SAS AB said Thursday its Norwegian unit SAS Braathens is canceling its flights due to a strike among Norwegian cabin personnel.
The strike was set to begin on Thursday after cabin crew and SAS Braathens’ management failed to reach an agreement overnight, local media reports.

The strike comes just days before the Easter holidays when Norwegians travel by the thousands.
