Donald Trump is launching Trump Las Olas Beach Resort located inFort Lauderdale , the “Venice of America.”

The Trump Las Olas Beach Resort will be a five-star condo hotel located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach.

It will be a 12-story, 95-unit boutique property, much smaller than its 300-unit condo hotel namesake, the Trump International Hotel & Tower, just up the beach, which is sold out except a few units.

The Trump Las Olas will overlook the city’s 23 miles of beach. It will be an “L” shaped, tiered building with all units facing North, East or West, providing views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway or the Bahia Mar Marina. Las Olas Boulevard, where the new Trump condo hotel will be located, is a tree-lined corridor of over 100 specialty shops, art galleries, entertainment venues, cafes and the best in fine dining.
Condo Hotel Center is the first real estate company to bring this property to market. Because of the company’s prior success selling the first Fort Lauderdale Trump International condo hotel, the company was given an opportunity to present this condo hotel to the market before anyone else.
