Hilton Hotels Corporation has appointed advisers to sell the LivingWell health club chain that came with the acquisition for more than GBP100 million, The Times reports. HHC, which last year paid GBP3.3 billion for the U.K.-based Hilton, thus reuniting the brand for the first time since 1964, is understood to have appointed McQueen, the corporate finance boutique, to advise it on a strategic review of LivingWell, the reports says without citing its source.
