Japan strike halts more than 100 flights

Some 115 flights were cancelled in Japan Thursday, affecting more than 10,000 passengers according to Agence France Presse.

The one-day strike was at the country’s second largest carrier All Nippon Airways (ANA).

No international flights were affected in the partial strike that will end at midnight, an ANA spokeswoman told AFP.
