SkyTeam announced the launch of a new German-language version of its Web site, which can be accessed at www.skyteam.com/DE. Now available in nine languages, the SkyTeam Web site caters to more passengers in their first language than any other alliance.
Languages featured include Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Spanish.
With this new feature, German-speaking visitors to the Web site can now learn more information about SkyTeam customer benefits as well as read the latest alliance news.
The site offers access to SkyTeam flight schedules and information on alliance fare products, such as Round the World and the America, Asia and Europe passes.
Travel agents can also access valuable travel information and resources in German through a dedicated section of the site.
“We are very proud to provide such a diverse language offering through skyteam.com to our customers worldwide,” said Dominique Patry, co-chairman of the SkyTeam Steering Committee and vice president of alliances and international affairs at Air France.
“SkyTeam’s commitment to our customers worldwide is demonstrated by our continuous effort to develop services that cater to their needs and help make the travel planning process easier and more convenient. Germany is a strong market for international travel and SkyTeam recognizes the importance of offering access to key alliance news and information to German-speaking passengers.”
