Both deals build on the recent announcements from Hilton about new distribution deals with Opodo, Expedia, SideStep Inc and Active Hotels.

The deals are all in line with the equitable distribution contract terms announced by Hilton in September 2004.  The terms of the contract ensure that the partnership is openly fair for both parties, while at the same time also paving the way to better deals for consumers.
