Travelocity enhances cruise service

Travelocity is launching a program which will see Travelocity cruise representative onboard
40 routees to enhance members’ cruise experiences.Travelocity Onboard will launch on select Celebrity Cruises, Crystal Cruises, and Holland America Line sailings to 40 routes including Alaska, Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada/New England, Hawaii and the Panama Canal, .

“Travelocity has been redefining traveler’s expectations over the last year with our advocacy-based ‘Customer Championship’ initiatives and Travelocity Onboard is a natural extension of this work,” said Michael Dauberman, vice president of cruises for Travelocity.
“This program lends a face to our online experience by providing individualized guidance and support to Travelocity customers throughout the entire cruise experience.”

Travelocity cruise representatives will present members with an exclusive Travelocity gift, as well as hosted hospitality desks to welcome members and help them to make the most of their cruise experience.

Customers booking Travelocity Onboard sailings will receive additional benefits such as a complimentary bottle of wine, pre-paid gratuities, shipboard credits or a complimentary dining experience at a reservation-only restaurant.
