China Southern sponsors travel summit

China Southern Airlines is teaming up with the “eyefortransport China Summit 2006” and will be the official airline of the two-day April conference.
This year’s conference sponsorship marks the second consecutive year that China Southern has been the official airline of the conference, and the airline’s primary objective of the 2006 event “is to promote China Southern Airlines and enhance the China Southern Airlines brand through association with a high-profile industry event and with other leading industry companies,” said Mr. He Zong Kai, Vice President, China Southern Airlines.

Mr. He added, “This agreement is designed so that both parties make their best efforts to ensure a successful, high-quality conference, which will reflect well on both China Southern as the official airline sponsor and the eye for transport organization.”

Slated for April 18 and 19 at the Shanghai Hilton, attendees at the 2nd Annual China Summit will learn and discuss:

—Best practices for transport and logistics operations in China;
