new President and Chief Executive Officer, Wayne B. Goldberg has revealed the company’s new executive management teamThe announcement follows the close of the acquisition by affiliates of The Blackstone Group on January 25, 2006.

The new executive management team members are:

- Angelo Lombardi - Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
- Murry Cathlina - Executive Vice President Design & Construction
- Mark Chloupek - Executive Vice President Legal & General Counsel
- Steve Flowers - Vice President Finance & Treasury
- Sandy Heilman - Executive Vice President Marketing
- Feliz Jarvis - Executive Vice President Sales
- Jim Mitchell - Vice President Business Solutions
- Irene Primera - Vice President Accounting/Controller
- Jeff Schagren - Executive Vice President Human Resources & Corporate Counsel
- Rajiv Trivedi - Executive Vice President Franchising
- Temple Weiss - Executive Vice President Acquisitions & Development
