Laterra Resort & Spa located in St. Augustine is opening the second phase of luxury accommodations. The second building, which opened in October, features 41 hotel, studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium homes nestled in the resort and spa community.

Phase Three, which includes thirty-one additional units, is currently under construction and slated to open in Spring 2006. Once complete, Laterra will offer 149 residential units.
