Balance Spa & Fitness at the Loews New Orleans Hotel, located at 300 Poydras Street in New Orleans is reopening. Forced to close after Hurricane Katrina, Balance Spa & Fitness re-opened on November 1 with its full range of luxury spa and fitness services.
Balance offers state- of-the-art cardiovascular and strength exercise equipment, personal training sessions, and an indoor 50-foot lap pool.
Its spa services include massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures. Hot tubs and saunas are provided as well.
To show support for the revitalization of New Orleans, Balance is offering its services, including weekly and monthly fitness memberships, at discounted rates to anyone involved in the rebuilding efforts.
To be eligible for a discount card, people simply need to show identification as a qualified contractor or government employee. “We are excited to be part of the rebuilding process and are confident New Orleans will be better than ever,” says Jennifer Novak, general manager and licensed massage therapist at Balance in New Orleans.
