The Emerald Palace Group is launching the Kempinski Palm Jumeirah Residence and the Emerald Palace Kempinski Hotel, two high-endÊprojects located at The Palm, Jumeirah in Dubai.

Emerald Palace has entered into a strategic partnership with KempinskiÊ
Hotels, one of the world’s leading hotel chains, for the two projects.Ê

Kempinski will manage both properties for a period of 15 years.

The Kempinski Palm Jumeirah Residence hotel and spa is a 7-storey boutiqueÊ
development set on the Palm Jumeirah Crescent, and is spread over a totalÊ
land area of over 1,000,000 square feet with a 500 meter-long private beach.Ê

The project encompasses 200 elegant one, two, three and four bedroom apartmentsÊ
ranging from 165 square meters to 1,300 square meters. A striking featureÊ
of the project is its imposing Palladian dome, which will make it a landmarkÊ
on the skyline of The Palm Jumeirah.

The Palm Jumeirah is a man-made island in Dubai strategically located onÊ
the Arabian Gulf. Termed as the eighth wonder of the world, the islandÊ
is shaped like the date palm, and is visible even from space.
