The 5-star Conrad Dublin has been named Business Hotel of
the Year in the latest “Georgina Campbell’s Ireland - Best of the Best” guide.  The independently assessed hospitality guide offers a new and highly selective collection of the very best places to
eat, drink & stay. 

The Conrad Dublin’s award follows on from the success of Conrad
Hotels at the annual World Travel Market in London earlier this month where it
received the ultimate award of “World’s Leading Luxury Hotel Brand” at the World
Travel Awards ceremony.  The brand took a further eight World Travel Awards
including “Europe’s Leading Business Hotel” for the Conrad Istanbul whilst the
Conrad Bali Resort & Spa collected the award for “Indonesia’s Leading Resort”. 

In announcing her annual awards, Georgina Campbell singled out the newly refurbished
Conrad Dublin for special praise, saying it had “recently re-invented itself,
emerging as a model of crisp, contemporary design”.  Referring to the success of
Alex, the hotel’s new restaurant, she remarked that it was “attracting destination
diners as well as residents, which is quite an achievement for a hotel in a city
generously endowed with excellent restaurants, many of them nearby”.
