Pegasus Solutions has announced that QualityVision is now actively processing reservations through Pegasus’ PegsTour service which automates bookings between hotels and wholesale travel distributors. QualityVision provides travel technology and visa application services for travelers to Saudi Arabia. The PegsTour system enables automation of bookings for both contracted allocations and extra-allocation requests between hotels and tour operators or wholesalers, linking each component of the wholesale model. Real-time electronic delivery of bookings direct to a hotel’s central reservation system and property management system helps reduce booking errors and enables hotels to better manage their tour/wholesale business. Tour operators and wholesalers benefit from the efficiency of PegsTour’s single-system interface - just one online connection provides access to multiple PegsTour-connected hotel suppliers so tour operators can view and manage their contracted room blocks and rates.

QualityVision is dedicated to offering automated travel arrangements for Muslim festivals. Acting in this instance as a hotel wholesaler, QualityVision works with over 100 contracted hotels in Saudi Arabia to distribute their rooms through PegsTour. QualityVision’s travel agent customers, based in 15 destinations across the Middle East, use PegsTour to book their allocated rooms, while also booking travelers’ flights and ground transportation - necessary arrangements before a visa can be issued.
As one of only four companies appointed by the Saudi government to process visa applications online, QualityVision is in a strong position to combine the visa application, travel and hotel reservation processes together and capture increased bookings to Saudi Arabia - a market it estimates is worth $25 billion a year.
