In celebration of the launch of its new services to Dublin and Johannesburg Gulf Air has teamed up with American Express Middle East to offer discounted introductory fares to the two cities.
Any American Express Card member booking and paying for a ticket between now and 31 December 2005 and travelling up to 31 March 2006 from any destination within the Middle East via Oman, the UAE or Bahrain to Dublin or Johannesburg, will be entitled to a 20 per cent discount on all classes of travel on qualifying published fares.
“Furthermore, American Express Gold and Platinum Card members buying a first or business class ticket to Dublin or Johannesburg can nominate a companion to travel with them FREE on the same outward flights, class and dates,” says Gulf Air Vice President Sales andÊ Marketing Danny Barranger.
“Alternatively Gold and Platinum card members can also buy a business class ticket with the opportunity to book and travel first class subject to space availability.”
American Express Middle East Head of Merchant Sales and Marketing Peter Fawn is delighted with the partnership.
