Multicom’s FindandBook technology is powering the booking engine for Sunterra’s new travel websites.
The FindandBook function interfaces directly with Sunterra’s member website and enables members by enabling them to book add-ons direct with Sunterra suppliers.

Sunterra Europe chose Multicom’s FindandBook technology in order to create a ‘one-stop-shop’ that allows its member families to book their holiday home, travel arrangements and add-ons such as transfers and insurance, in one convenient online location. With this success, further developments led to the goSunterra website being launched.

Rob Howell, managing director of Multicom said: “The new function paves the way for increasing the profit agents and tour operators can secure on individual bookings. FindandBook is the only system currently available that enables travel providers to up-sell travel add-ons in this way. Our systems work just as hard to increase revenues for agents and tour operators as they do to save time during low-cost searches.” 

Dave Harris, managing director of Sunterra said: “The Multicom tool enables Sunterra members to book their own travel arrangements within the same booking process rather than research and book these separately. This has resulted in improved customer service, as our team have more time to spend with members. The majority of our members are regular independent travellers so the web booking functions have been well received.”
