Choice launch flexible cancellation

Choice Hotels Europe has launched a uniquely flexible Meetings and Conference cancellation policy. Specifically aimed at the smaller meeting or event, the new policy has been designed to reflect the trend for shorter lead times in conference bookings.The cancellation policy is
available at
meeting facilities at over 90 Comfort, Quality, Sleep Inn and Clarion hotels throughout the UK and applies to meetings of 25 delegates or less.

á  40% charge will apply for cancellations between 20 and 12 weeks
before an
event.  There will be no cancellation charge if a meeting is re-booked
within six weeks of the original event date

á  75% charge will apply for cancellations between 12 and two weeks before
an event.  There will be no cancellation charge if a meeting is
re-booked
within four weeks of the original event date

á  90% charge will apply for cancellations less than two weeks before
an event.  There will be no cancellation charge if a meeting is re-booked
within two weeks of the original event date.

Conferences, and marketing representative for the HBAA (Hotel Booking
Agents
