Fortune Cookie to Set New Online Standards in Travel Sector

Kuoni Travel has appointed Fortune Cookie as their Specialist Travel Division’s online agency.
 


The three year contract aims to enhance the Kuoni customer experience through new and improved online designs as well as ensuring the adoption of best practice in the areas of search engine optimisation, accessibility and usability.

Fortune Cookie will review information architecture to improve customer access to meet increased online business targets. Whilst looking to improve operational efficiency through efficient content management and intuitive online customer service.
