Galileo Emirates and TRS Consulting
has signed a strategic agreement which makes TRS the preferred external
training provider to travel professionals across the UAE, Bahrain, Oman and
Qatar. 
The training to be provided by TRS will enable the Galileo travel community
to refresh and enhance their expertise in such areas as: customer service,
selling skills, key account management, customer prospecting and strategic
management in travel and tourism.

Naz Nizari, Senior Vice President of Galileo Emirates said: “We constantly
