Hard Rock in Intrawest Deal

Hard Rock International
today
announced that Lifestar Hotels LLC (its 50:50 joint venture with Sol Melia
Hotels) has entered into a multi-site agreement with Intrawest Corporation to
develop lifestyle Hard Rock Hotels at select Intrawest resorts.“The announcement of our agreement with Intrawest reinforces our strategic
initiative to partner with industry leaders and to facilitate our growth,”
said Trevor Horwell, Vice President of Hard Rock Hotels.  “Our continuing
development of the Hard Rock Hotel brand is derived from our ability to
maximize return for hotel owners through our unique positioning and business
model.  We are extremely excited to be working with Intrawest, and intend to
energize the resort experience for all customers by offering a unique hotel
product and consumer experience.”

  Hard Rock and Intrawest are finalizing specific locations and will
announce the first lifestyle condominium-hotel site shortly.
