Intellistrand has signed an agreement to license ZMail. Based in Myrtle Beach, S.C., Intellistrand will utilize ZMail as its core Email Service Provider (ESP) for its more than 19 destination portal websites across the United States.
ZMail is a cost effective, hosted enterprise-wide email solution that uses expert system principles to collect and integrate guest data from separate databases and convert it into actionable information for intelligent marketing communications and guest services. Its robust, patent-pending guest profiling process collects and analyzes psychographic data. It then sends tightly targeted e-campaigns to opt-in recipients using parameters that are easily set up in advance and scripted in part by the recipients themselves. Once ZMail builds a comprehensive database in this manner, it uses the information to create dynamic content for each ongoing email campaign. ZMail’s technology, combined with ZDirect’s unique relationship with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), ensures each email reaches its target recipient, and then gets that person to open it and take action.
