Active Hotels wins ‘Growth Strategy of the Year’

Active Hotels has won the ‘Growth Strategy of the Year’ award in the regional heats of the National Business Awards.
The judges of this award looked for the organisation that best demonstrated an organic growth strategy (rather than merger & acquisition activity) achieving outstanding levels of sales, profit and market share improvement.

Adrian Currie, Chief Financial Officer, Active Hotels accepted the award at a ceremony held at the Coventry Hilton. He stated: “I am delighted to accept this award on behalf of Active Hotels. Since the company’s inception in 1999, we have focused on building a successful business by providing a differentiated and global online presence for European independent and group hotels ranging from B&B through to five star. As the business goes from strength to strength, we look forward to our continued expansion across Europe.”
