Customers who book a hotels on
priceline.com between now and July 31, 2005, will be rewarded with a
$10-per-night American Express Gift Cheque, up to a maximum of 10
nights, or $100. To qualify for the promotion, rooms must be used by
September 1, 2005.

Priceline.com’s hotel promotion applies to participating hotels
showing published prices on priceline.com. It does not apply to hotel
rooms booked through priceline.com’s Name Your Own Price(R) hotel room
option.

Customers can book a room from a broad inventory of hotels all
showing specially negotiated published prices.
